About Us

Newbridge Marketing Group (NMG) is seeking a professional with Talent Acquisition experience to join our team and lead the growth of our agency’s collegiate recruiting services within our Campus Collaborative division.

A 16-year-old college marketing and brand experience agency, NMG helps brands connect & engage with millions of college students. NMG’s services include digital marketing, on-campus experiences, new approaches to college recruiting and custom research. Under the student-facing brand Campus Collaborative, NMG works directly with college students to bring them unique opportunities, like Campus Brand Manager jobs, exclusive student offers, and career development events. Beyond the college audience, NMG connects brands to a wide variety of consumer segments through pop-up retail, food & beverage truck tours, special event creation, storytelling experiences, ambassador street teams and more.

Corporate partners for NMG’s recruiting business include Starbucks, Twitter, Microsoft, Bank of America, Charter, Sonos and Verizon. This business was acquired by NMG in 2019 and has significant growth potential within the quickly changing collegiate recruiting environment. For our recruiting work, we leverage our proprietary database of over 350,000 campus club leaders along with our research insights and learnings from our marketing work with students.

About the Role

The Director/Sr. Manager of HR & Recruiting Services will lead the overarching strategy and direction for NMG’s collegiate recruiting business. Secondarily, this role will provide internal HR consultation for the NMG executive team.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Refine and drive overarching recruiting services strategy & growth development.
  • Develop a new recruiting services sales process from lead generation to pipeline to onboarding.
  • Partner internally to integrate and position recruiting services within the larger agency offerings as a point of distinction related to our college marketing suite of services.
  • Assist with Campus Collaborative and recruiting services rebranding of offerings, decks, social media, and other external-facing materials for students and clients.
  • Lead the day-to-day of recruiting services client relationships, including contracting, invoicing, onboarding, customer success, and renewals (especially potential upsell opportunities).
  • Consult with agency executive team on an as-needed basis to provide guidance and input on internal talent planning strategy and execution for optimal agency team functionality.
About You
  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field. Specific experience related to campus and early talent a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of the current recruiting landscape (especially related to campus and early talent) and a desire to bring creative change to the industry.
  • Comfortable leading sales conversations & bringing leads through an entire sales cycle, from lead gen to onboarding.
  • Deep desire to create new opportunities for diverse young leaders.
  • A big thinker with big ideas and big motivation to execute on those ideas.
  • Entrepreneurial passion with the desire to lead a high-growth business which will help transform an industry.
